Technical OT Project Manager

UTM Consultants are looking for a Technical OT Project Managers to act as the key point of contact and main driver for Operational Technology intake from Asset Projects.
The successful consultants will work closely with EPC engineers, package teams, and operating teams to ensure a high-quality handover from project delivery into Generation. The core objective is to make sure the operating organisation is fully prepared to take over each site safely, effectively, and with the required OT documentation, security, systems, and training in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operating organisation understands the design of each new site.
  • Mark up the CDL/MDR for document reviewers, including self-review where required.
  • Coordinate Asset Register review and SAP upload.
  • Ensure review of Preventive Maintenance Plans.
  • Coordinate Level 2 and Level 3 manual reviews.
  • Ensure Network Diagram review is completed.
  • Coordinate Spare Parts List review.
  • Ensure ICS Asset Inventory review is completed.
  • Ensure the Systems under Consideration list is delivered.
  • Collect and share FAT and SAT reports.
  • Ensure the Asset Project–OT Guard SLA is in place before first power.
  • Ensure critical WTG and SCS data flows are established for operational, reporting, and analytical use cases.
  • Coordinate O&M training for OT teams.
  • Facilitate Identity and Access Management handover to OT.
  • Ensure Initial and Detailed OT Security Risk Assessments are delivered.
  • Facilitate review and acceptance of snags, risks, and assumptions.
  • Ensure OT Security Residual Risks are delivered.
  • Ensure OT Security implementation is properly evidenced and aligned with global and regional requirements.
  • Support migration of as-built documentation to the Asset Library.
  • Support System Readiness approval by OT teams.
  • Support internal handover to OT teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of, and practical experience with, SCADA and Operational Technology systems.
  • Understanding of IEC 62443 and its application to OT/industrial control system security.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, ideally within offshore wind, energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured, and accurate documentation.
  • Comfortable working across engineering, package, project, operations, and cybersecurity teams.

The project is due to start on 9th August 2026 and will last approx. 64 weeks
