UTM Consultants are looking for a Solution & Security Engineer, to assist with our client's operations onshore, Poland. Valid EU work authorisation is required for this role.

Tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the products and solutions offerings for our client's offshore substation product line.

Required qualifications

• Experience with the design, procurement and construction of the OT Security & Telecom systems, such as DMZ servers, Risk reviews, PAGA, 4G/5G, LAN, WLAN, CCTV, LOS etc. 
• Good knowledge about IEC62443 and preferably NERC CIP standards 
• Awareness with industrial layout design, routing, 3D modelling, structural and weight estimation of high voltage components
• Experience with interface management across systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Curious, outgoing and positive mindset
• “Design for X” development experience (fx. for Manufacturability, for Operation, for Service, for Reliability Availability, for Test, for Integrations)

The project is due to start on 20th April 2026 and will last approx. 2 weeks
