Senior Authorised Person

UTM Consultants are looking for a Senior Authorised Person to assist our client with planning, administration, management, preparation, and execution of electrical works, offshore United Kingdom. 

Responsibilities:
- Implement our client’s Electrical Safety Rules on site, including safe systems of work.
- Provide operational advice regarding high-voltage electrical installations for WTG, offshore substations, and HV submarine/onshore cables.
- Oversee safe commissioning of grid connections, onshore substations, and associated MV/HV/LV plant and equipment.
- Oversee all MV/HV/LV electrical operational activities to ensure safety, security, and network integrity.
- Support proactive management, coordination, and communication to ensure effective project processes.
- Coordinate MV/HV/LV commissioning activities throughout the project construction stages.
- Take electrical operational responsibility for entire substations.
- Work in adverse or emergency conditions when required.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Complete required GWO and HUET training.
- Meet medical fitness requirements.

Requirements:
- Appropriate electrical qualification aligned with authorization scope.
- Several years of operational and commissioning experience in high-voltage systems (offshore experience preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with onshore substation systems.
- Valid and up-to-date GWO and HUET with CA-EBS
