UTM Consultants are looking for a ROV Pilot Technician, experienced with ROV FCV 610/FCV 601, to assist our client with their cable lay project offshore, Qatar.
Equipment/Software to be used:
StarFix.NG, GNSS Receiver, Wifi Bullets Surface Gyro, CTD, USBL, Beacons, Subea Gyro, Host Winch, Land Gear, DVR, Mux and Bathy
ROV System: FCV 610, FCV 601

- Passport valid at least more than 6 months
- Seaman book valid at least more than 6 months
- OGUK Medical as per below details (valid for 10 months from date of issue)
- BOSIET OPITO Approved valid at least more than 4 months
- H2S OPITO Approved valid at least more than 4 months (if available)
- Digital photo in white background
- Vaccination form
- High Voltage Safety Awareness course - mandatory for the project
- High Voltage Safe Working Practice - mandatory for the project
- High Voltage Operational Safety - mandatory for the project
- ROV Logbook with sea time stamped
The project is due to start on 20th April 2026 and will last approx. 8 weeks
