UTM Consultants are looking for a Resource Coordinator to support our client in securing on-site resources with their offshore wind project in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Keep an overview of demand for specific resources and
- Create requests for sourcing external consultants to these roles based on demand.
- Onboard the external consultants and ensure the required access rights.
- Controlling time registration and handling invoices from contractors.
- As projects finish, you’ll help ensure that all contracts for external consultants are closed out.
- Maintain overview of contracts to ensure extensions are made in due time.
Preferred Requirements:
- Working in offshore wind Construction, Engineering, Finance, Procurement etc
- Handling insourcing of contingency work
- Previous experience in coordination role
Location: Warsaw or Gdansk, Poland
