Onshore HSE Advisor

UTM Consultants are looking for a HSE Advisor, to assist our client with the construction of their facility, in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and provide professional expert knowledge and guidance to managers, supervisors, employees and contractors on safe work practices, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Support identification and elimination of potential hazards and ensure control measures are in place.
- Audit/compliance check (ISO 9001/14001/45001/55001)
- Instructions, procedures, contingency plans
- Planning, facilitation / participation of Safety meetings, Toolbox Talks, briefings, Safety Walks, inspections
Requirements:
- Relevant academic or technical background
- Completed NEBOSH; (minimum level 3), or similar recognized HSE qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience with HSE, ideally from onshore renewables/windfarm construction
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with 3rd party contractors in relation to HSE.
- Knowledge of route cause analysis and incident investigation
Location: Onsite in Norwich, UK
