Information Management Specialist

UTM Consultants are looking for a Information Management Specialist in UK on 1st May 2025 and will last approx. 4 months. The assignment is to handle erroneous and messy documentation that must be transferred from Aconex to DORECO. In addition to this, work processing limited outstanding documentation ongoing in Aconex and collaborate with colleagues dealing with a documentation necessary for a divestment process is also to be expected.

Also, rectify mistakes in documentation on a project currently in operation. At the same time, the individual will help complete several outstanding documentation needs, while also supporting a divestment process, that needs documentation completed.

An Information Management Specialist with a background in information management or document controlling, with experience in work in Aconex and DORECO is highly preferred. The work will be related to a Taiwanese wind projects that are in “operation”, so this work is to clean up/resolve any outstanding work, before final transfer of mainly the onshore substation and the WTG-scopes.

Requirements:

• Information Management Specialist/Document Controller experience 
• Experience with Aconex and DORECO
• Experience with data cleanup
•  Erroneous document meta data resolution
• Remote work allowed
