UTM Consultants are looking for a HSE Officer, to assist our client with their geophysical and geotechnical survey project offshore.
Proposed HSE Officer MUST hold a Degree or PG Degree / Diploma in Engineering with Nebosh IGC Certification with offshore experience, holding offshore certificates such as BOSIET/FOET Opito, H2S Opito, offshore medical as per client's requirement and below details. Please share when proposing. Minimum experience on 05 years as HSE Officer working in Offshore.
HSE Skills / Knowledge:
· Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English;
· Ability to conduct HSE Inspection / Audits
· Knowledge of health requirements, rules and regulations, and ability to monitor compliance
· Knowledge of environmental requirements, rules and regulations, and ability to monitor compliance and identify ways of reducing environmental impact
· Be fully conversant with techniques used in the management of hazards, experience in originating TRA/JSAs, and advising on proactive control measures, retroactive actions post incident.
· Be able to develop and facilitate implementation of Contract HSE Plans, and HIRA/HAZID/HAZOP
HSE Qualifications/Documented Trainings:
Mandatory NEBOSH IGC or Diploma or IOSH Managing Safely
Auditor Qualifications in ISO 14001 and/or 45001
Previous approval and/or letter of appreciation
Other Safety and Inspection Qualifications related to Marine or Offshore
