UTM Consultants are looking for a Buyer to assist with our client's operations onshore, Poland. Valid EU work authorisation is required for this role.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders through the Requisition-to-Pay process.
  • Documenting all communications between subcontractors, suppliers, and clients in a methodical and well-organized manner.
  • Expediting orders and ensuring that invoices are accurately matched prior to payment.
  • Coordinating logistics both internal and external.
  • Proactively identifying and managing any supply risks that may arise from the supply chain.
  • Ensuring supplier performance (on time delivery, cost and quality).
  • Ensuring that the procurement process adheres to proper document templates.
  • Receiving, registering, storing, and distributing all procurement-related documents and correspondence in the appropriate systems.
  • Providing assistance to the Purchasing Manager.


Required experience/qualifications 

  • A relevant educational background
  • Experience with operational buying - preferable in project business or service
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Flexiblity & willingness to support
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written
  • ERP systems knowledge – IFS preferably

The project is due to start on 20th April 2026 and will last approx. 2 weeks
