Originally from Greece, Savvas moved to the UK in 2017. He has been a driving force behind the company’s operations, bringing enthusiasm, energy, and strong leadership to the team. Starting as a Recruitment Consultant, he worked his way up and now manages all financial aspects of the company.

As Financial Director, Savvas is passionate about expanding his knowledge of the commercial aspects of a dynamic international recruitment business, which he finds both dynamic and fascinating. He thrives on leading by example, motivating the team, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Savvas is an avid fan of Formula 1 and football, and his love for travel often provides new insights that he applies to his work at UTM Consultants. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, watching films, and exploring new destinations.

Sam Coggins

Operations Director

Sam Coggins, our Operations Director, brings over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a significant focus on the energy sector. His deep expertise in Offshore Wind, combined with a strategic mindset, has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and strengthening its market presence. Sam’s ability to deliver consistent value to both new and existing clients reflects his comprehensive industry knowledge and forward-thinking approach.
As a leader, Sam fosters a culture of collaboration and high performance. His hands-on management style and ability to motivate others have been key to building a strong, cohesive team committed to delivering high performance.
Outside of work, Sam is a passionate motorsport enthusiast, following both Formula 1 and MotoGP closely. He also enjoys exploring new countries, the thrill of winter sports—particularly skiing and stays active through swimming.

Frank Forge

Renewables Team Leader

Frank joined UTM Consultants in July 2024 as a Team Leader in the Renewables division, overseeing both white-collar and blue-collar roles across contract and permanent sectors. In his role, he sets clear expectations for his team, supports their professional development, and helps them achieve their goals. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Frank manages client and candidate relationships directly.

Beginning his recruitment career in the offshore wind industry in 2021, Frank has consistently expanded his industry knowledge while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Outside of work, he plays for his local cricket team in Bristol, an experience that has sharpened his competitive edge and reinforced his commitment to teamwork and integrity.

Greg Piperas

Account Manager

Greg joined UTM Consultants in 2020 as a Personnel Coordinator. Over five years, he evolved into the role of Accounts Manager, specialising in the Survey & ROV sector. Originally from Greece, Greg moved to Exeter, UK, to pursue an MSc in Marketing. As a dedicated and results-driven professional, he brings extensive expertise and a track record of success in the industry.

Known for his attention to detail and ability to build strong client relationships, Greg plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently. He is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and aligns with UTM Consultants’ mission to drive innovation in the industry.

Outside of work, Greg loves traveling the world and experiencing new cultures and cuisines.

Charlie Beddoes

Survey, Inspection & ROV Team Leader

Originally from France and raised in Brussels, Charlie came to the UK to study music but discovered a passion for the offshore energy sector instead. With 6 years of industry experience, Charlie has witnessed the company’s growth first hand through the years, starting in logistics coordination and progressing to account management. Known for his personable approach, Charlie takes pride in understanding each client or contractor’s specific needs and delivering tailored service. What excites Charlie most is connecting with people worldwide while solving real industry challenges. His interests include collecting records, skiing, traveling, and cooking.

Valentina Karanika

Logistics Coordinator

Originally from Greece, Valentina moved to the UK in 2018 to experience life in a new country. She has been part of the UTM Consultants team for nearly two years as a Logistics Coordinator.

Highly organised and disciplined, Valentina thrives in her role, ensuring smooth travel arrangements for contractors and assisting them whenever needed. She also handles account queries, driven by her eagerness to learn and expand her industry knowledge.

A lover of the arts, Valentina has been a dancer since the age of eight. She enjoys photography, capturing people and nature, and traveling to immerse herself in new cultures and build meaningful connections.

Andreas Sinani

Logistics Coordinator

Andreas is a Logistics Coordinator at UTM Consultants, supporting contractors and clients with travel arrangements and internal administrative duties. With a background in warehouse logistics, stock management, and forklift operations, he brings a strong work ethic and focus to his role. Transitioning to UTM Consultants has allowed him to develop new skills and gain valuable industry experience.

In his free time, Andreas enjoys basketball, spending time with friends, and exploring new interests.

Luca Francischiello

Senior Accountant

Originally from Italy, Luca moved to the UK in 2016 after earning a degree in Economics and Management. He began his career as a Sales Ledger Clerk, quickly developing a strong foundation in financial management. His expertise and dedication led him to his current role as Senior Accountant at UTM Consultants, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations.

Managing a growing team, Luca ensures accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, payments, invoicing, credit control, and month-end reporting. His problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge make him the go-to person for any accounting-related queries.

Beyond numbers, Luca has a passion for travel, which has inspired his creativity. He enjoys meeting new people, exploring different cultures, and bringing fresh perspectives to both his professional and personal endeavours.

Annie Mutemwakwenda

Assistant Accountant

Annie joined UTM Consultants in 2022 as an Assistant Accountant, bringing a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in accounting. She plays a key role in supporting the finance team, ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. From maintaining accurate records to assisting with financial reporting, Annie is dedicated to keeping everything in order and continuously looks for ways to improve processes.

She thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with different teams to support UTM’s financial operations. Her commitment to precision and efficiency makes her a valuable asset to the company.
