With over a decade of experience in the industry since 2008, Alex’s leadership as Managing Director ensures UTM Consultants remains at the forefront of innovation, upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism. His focus on maintaining strong relationships with both clients and contractors has been instrumental in UTM Consultants’ continued growth and success.

Outside of UTM, he enjoys embracing new challenges through travel and sports with the same energy and precision that drive his professional success.

Savvas Papadopoulos

Operations Director

Originally from Greece, Savvas moved to the UK in 2017. With four years at UTM Consultants, he has been a driving force behind the company’s operations, bringing enthusiasm, energy, and strong leadership to the team. Starting as a Recruitment Consultant, he worked his way up and now manages all aspects of the company, including recruitment, finances, and operations.

As Operations Director, Savvas is passionate about expanding his knowledge of the offshore industry, which he finds both dynamic and fascinating. He thrives on leading by example, motivating the team, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Savvas is an avid fan of Formula 1 and football, and his love for travel often provides new insights that he applies to his work at UTM Consultants. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, watching films, and exploring new destinations.

Sam Coggins

Renewables Director

Sam Coggins, our Renewables Director, brings over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a significant focus on the energy sector. His deep expertise in Offshore Wind, combined with a strategic mindset, has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and strengthening its market presence. Sam’s ability to deliver consistent value to both new and existing clients reflects his comprehensive industry knowledge and forward-thinking approach.
As a leader, Sam fosters a culture of collaboration and high performance. His hands-on management style and ability to motivate others have been key to building a strong, cohesive team committed to delivering high performance.
Outside of work, Sam is a passionate motorsport enthusiast, following both Formula 1 and MotoGP closely. He also enjoys exploring new countries, the thrill of winter sports—particularly skiing and stays active through swimming.

Jennifer Hazuki Ota

Office and Logistics Manager

Jennifer is the Office and Logistics Manager at UTM Consultants, where she leads the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and efficient support across the business. With a focus on process optimisation and seamless personnel logistics, Jennifer’s journey began as a Logistics Coordinator, giving her a hands-on understanding of the role before stepping into a leadership position.

Jennifer is dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative environment within the logistics department, supporting team members in achieving shared goals and enhancing operational efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym and travelling to discover new destinations and experiences.

Frank Forge

Team Leader (Renewables Department)

Frank joined UTM Consultants in July 2024 as a Team Leader in the Renewables division, overseeing both white-collar and blue-collar roles across contract and permanent sectors. In his role, he sets clear expectations for his team, supports their professional development, and helps them achieve their goals. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Frank manages client and candidate relationships directly.

Beginning his recruitment career in the offshore wind industry in 2021, Frank has consistently expanded his industry knowledge while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Outside of work, he plays for his local cricket team in Bristol, an experience that has sharpened his competitive edge and reinforced his commitment to teamwork and integrity.

Greg Piperas

Account Manager

Greg joined UTM Consultants in 2020 as a Personnel Coordinator. Over five years, he evolved into the role of Accounts Manager, specialising in the Survey & ROV sector. Originally from Greece, Greg moved to Exeter, UK, to pursue an MSc in Marketing. As a dedicated and results-driven professional, he brings extensive expertise and a track record of success in the industry.

Known for his attention to detail and ability to build strong client relationships, Greg plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently. He is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and aligns with UTM Consultants’ mission to drive innovation in the industry.

Outside of work, Greg loves traveling the world and experiencing new cultures and cuisines.

Charlie Beddoes

Account Manager

Originally from France and raised in Brussels, Charlie came to the UK to study music but discovered a passion for the offshore energy sector instead. With 6 years of industry experience, Charlie has witnessed the company’s growth first hand through the years, starting in logistics coordination and progressing to account management. Known for his personable approach, Charlie takes pride in understanding each client or contractor’s specific needs and delivering tailored service. What excites Charlie most is connecting with people worldwide while solving real industry challenges. His interests include collecting records, skiing, traveling, and cooking.

Joseph Dee

Senior Recruitment Consultant 

Joseph joined UTM Consultants in 2022 as part of the Logistics Department and has witnessed the company’s growth firsthand. Now working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, he connects top industry talent with global projects. Committed to providing high-quality service, Joseph approaches recruitment with precision and care. He thrives in the fast-paced nature of the industry and is always eager to take on new challenges.

Outside of work, Joseph is passionate about sports, serving as a goalkeeper for his football team. His dependability shines both on and off the pitch. He is also a music enthusiast, playing rhythm guitar for his band.

Weronika Rostkowska

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Weronika is a Senior Recruiter at UTM Consultant, where she supports clients in their crewing needs across the entire Survey sector. Weronika transitioned into the offshore industry in 2024 after a 5 year long career in Life Sciences Executive Search.

Weronika is committed to connecting the right freelancers and identifying appropriate projects for them, as well as ensuring they are well supported whilst offshore.

Beyond her professional role, Weronika enjoys frequent Pilates sessions, tennis, and charity work.

Adam Goss

Recruitment Consultant

Adam joined UTM Consultants in April 2022 as a Recruitment Consultant. His role has since evolved to specialise in managing Geophysical contractors and roles, building a strong and far-reaching network of skilled personnel to meet the complex needs of clients in this sector.

With a background in air charter logistics and customer service, Adam is experienced in handling high-stakes transactions and fostering strong relationships with clients and contractors at all levels. He values teamwork and collaboration across departments to ensure the best outcomes for both candidates and clients.

Outside of work, Adam is a lifelong musician who regularly performs in Bristol and continues to refine his guitar and vocal skills through tuition. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, he enjoys the challenge of staying fit and strong while making the most of the city’s vibrant food scene and entertainment.

Veronika-Nicole Tihonova

Recruitment Consultant

Nicole joined UTM Consultants in 2024, bringing a keen focus on organisation, process efficiency, and attention to detail. Originally from Latvia, she spent the last few years living in the Netherlands and embraces the flexibility of remote work while staying closely connected with the team. She enjoys the challenge of matching the right candidates to the right roles, ensuring a seamless fit based on their skills, availability, and career goals.

With a growing expertise in the Survey industry, Nicole finds each project an exciting opportunity to expand her knowledge. She takes pride in helping professionals find their ideal roles, whether onshore or offshore, and values the collaborative approach at UTM that drives shared success.

Aiden joined the sector in September 2024, bringing a fresh and enthusiastic approach to connecting skilled professionals with opportunities in this ever-changing market.

With a natural ability to build relationships and a keen interest in the offshore sector, Aiden is always looking to expand his knowledge and deliver high quality service to both clients and contractors.

Chris Crowther

Logistics Coordinator

Chris joined UTM Consultants in 2023 as part of the Logistics Department. As a Logistics Coordinator, he ensures contractors’ travel arrangements for international projects are seamless, helping them prepare for assignments. He is always looking for ways to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency.

Chris enjoys building relationships with contractors, clients, and suppliers across the offshore industry. Outside of work, he is a passionate rugby fan and regularly attends Six Nations matches. He also enjoys spending time with his dogs and exploring new sports.

Valentina Karanika

Logistics Coordinator

Originally from Greece, Valentina moved to the UK in 2018 to experience life in a new country. She has been part of the UTM Consultants team for nearly two years as a Logistics Coordinator.

Highly organised and disciplined, Valentina thrives in her role, ensuring smooth travel arrangements for contractors and assisting them whenever needed. She also handles account queries, driven by her eagerness to learn and expand her industry knowledge.

A lover of the arts, Valentina has been a dancer since the age of eight. She enjoys photography, capturing people and nature, and traveling to immerse herself in new cultures and build meaningful connections.

Andreas Sinani

Logistics Coordinator

Andreas is a Logistics Coordinator at UTM Consultants, supporting contractors and clients with travel arrangements and internal administrative duties. With a background in warehouse logistics, stock management, and forklift operations, he brings a strong work ethic and focus to his role. Transitioning to UTM Consultants has allowed him to develop new skills and gain valuable industry experience.

Chelsea Ho

Business Administrator and Personal Assistant

Chelsea joined UTM in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of administrative experience from Hong Kong. Initially starting in the logistics team, Chelsea has quickly advanced to the role of Business Administrator and Personal Assistant. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in supporting office administration, assisting Jennifer with daily operations, and managing accounts queries and paperwork for the logistics team. Chelsea’s organisational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility have made her a key asset in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the company.

Before joining UTM, Chelsea gained valuable experience in various administrative support roles in Hong Kong, where she honed her skills in managing multiple tasks with precision. Her approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments has contributed significantly to UTM’s continued success.

Outside of work, Chelsea is passionate about food and enjoys exploring new places, seeking out new culinary experiences and destinations. Her love for discovering new things translates into her professional life, where she approaches every challenge with curiosity and enthusiasm.

Luca Francischiello

Senior Accountant

Originally from Italy, Luca moved to the UK in 2016 after earning a degree in Economics and Management. He began his career as a Sales Ledger Clerk, quickly developing a strong foundation in financial management. His expertise and dedication led him to his current role as Senior Accountant at UTM Consultants, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations.

Managing a growing team, Luca ensures accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, payments, invoicing, credit control, and month-end reporting. His problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge make him the go-to person for any accounting-related queries.

Beyond numbers, Luca has a passion for travel, which has inspired his creativity. He enjoys meeting new people, exploring different cultures, and bringing fresh perspectives to both his professional and personal endeavours.

Annie Mutemwakwenda

Assistant Accountant

Annie joined UTM Consultants in 2022 as an Assistant Accountant, bringing a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in accounting. She plays a key role in supporting the finance team, ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. Sammy Higgins

Assistant Accountant

Having lived in Bristol most of his life, Sammy joined UTM Consultants over a year ago as the newest member of the Accounts Department. As an Assistant Accountant, he is responsible for raising bills and invoices, handling payment queries, and ensuring UTM Consultants and its contractors comply with international tax regulations.

Sammy prides himself on efficiency and attention to detail, which are crucial for maintaining smooth financial operations during UTM Consultants’ busiest periods. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, nature, and travel, having previously lived and worked in Australia. In his free time, he stays active and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
